fantastic desert escape

The hotel's design blends arabic style with modern luxury. i appreciated the attentive staff. They created a cute atmosphere. breakfast had many options, it catered to different tastes. al hadeerah dinner was great, especially the performances.

The pool had insects in it. They stung me. it needs to be cleaned. it is a considerable issue.

missing bathtub impersonal check-in

the breakfast was quite good with many choices, which i did appreciate.

I was disappointed that the room i booked did not have a bathtub, despite specifically requesting one. the check-in process felt impersonal with everyone lined up next to each other. I found it difficult to hear the staff. this reminded me of a significant oversight for a hotel of this caliber.

Wonderful Desert Stay

smooth process fine interior

I loved the seamless check in process. It was smooth and fast. A contact person via WhatsApp addressed any needs quickly. The villa's interior was fine and the outdoor area was tranquil. It was private and gorgeous too.

I was disappointed my room did not have a bathtub. I specifically booked a room with a bathtub. I was looking forward to a long soak after a stressful week.
